Exchange & Return Policy – BrainyToys

At BrainyToys, customer satisfaction is important to us. Below is our approved exchange and return policy:


First: Exchange & Return Conditions

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact, including all accessories.
  • The order number or invoice must be provided.

Second: Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • The original packaging is missing or any accessories are lost.
  • The request is submitted after the specified time period.
  • Products listed under offers or clearance (if applicable).

Third: Manufacturing Defects

If a proven manufacturing defect is found:

  • BrainyToys will bear all shipping costs.
  • The product will be replaced with the same item, or a full refund will be issued based on the customer’s preference.
  • The store must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Fourth: Return Procedure

  • Once the return request is approved, the product will be inspected.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider).

Fifth: Shipping Fees

  • If the exchange or return is requested without a manufacturing defect, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, BrainyToys will cover all shipping costs.
